I am a 59 year old artist. I have had a love of art all my life and have had many artistic endeavors along an incredible, wonderful journey, that is my life. As a young woman I produced concerts for several years. I had the joy of working with top performers mostly in southern California. Cherished memories.
What I love most to do now is painting and photography. My studio has been in chaos from a move and an illness. In the interim I have still been able to paint through a myriad of wonderful programs such as Photoshop, Corel Painter and Pixelmator. I am still learning everyday new things and I hope it is like that for the rest of my life. I think we can never stop learning. I am offering my work for sale here in print and canvas and should have my online gallery up and running soon. My work will be offered here on deviantART almost exclusively.

Yea, I am so happy to report, I am well. I thank those that were concerned and made comment. Seriously the worst flu/pneumonia ever! My kids had it also, one had a temperature of 103.5. I was sick for a month. It is February 1 and all is absolutely wonderful! I have a new sense of wonder in all things bright and beautiful, even little things. I have an enhanced appreciation of my family and friends. May a sense of peace and light shine in all our lives. 2/1/13
Wanted to do "Beautiful Creatures", contest but can hardly make it to my computer, so sick. My iPad broke. So sad but I can see there are a lot of fantastic entries. I would not have had a chance but it would have been fun trying. 1/20
I don't think I have been so sick before except when I was very young and had whooping cough, better known now as pertussis. So sick. 1/12
